Information we collect
Enquiries and project communications
When you use a contact form, call or email us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, project requirements and anything else you choose to include. We use this information to respond, prepare proposals, take steps towards a contract and manage an agreed project.
Website security and technical information
Our hosting and security services may process IP address, browser, device, request, server-log and anti-spam information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect the service. Contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated spam.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and useful interactions such as scrolls, outbound links, enquiry-button clicks and successful form submissions. We do not send the content of your form, your name, email address or telephone number to Google Analytics. Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses from UK users; IP data is used at collection to derive broad location information and is then discarded.
Why we use personal information
- To respond and prepare work: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing a contract.
- To operate and protect the website: our legitimate interests in running a reliable, secure business website and preventing fraud or abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- To understand and improve the website: your consent, where optional analytics is involved. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary technologies support security, form delivery and your privacy choice. They operate where required to provide a service you request or protect the site.
Google Analytics is optional. Its tag does not load until you actively allow analytics. If allowed, Google may set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish visits and maintain session information. On this site their configured lifetime is 90 days. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember it. Select Cookie choices at the bottom of any page to review or change your decision. Choosing “Continue without analytics” keeps the Google Analytics tag off.
Who we share information with
- Hostinger, which provides website hosting and business email services.
- Cloudflare, which provides Turnstile anti-spam verification for contact forms.
- Google Analytics, only when you allow optional analytics.
- Professional advisers, contractors or authorities where reasonably necessary to run the business, establish or defend legal rights, or comply with law.
Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep information
- General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last relevant contact.
- Client, contract, invoice and project-administration records may be kept for up to six years where needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
- Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is configured for up to 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain for longer.
- Technical and security logs are kept only for operational, security and legal needs, subject to the retention arrangements of the relevant provider.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute and legal exceptions may apply.

Children
This business-to-business website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through it.
