Owned case study / Afiovana Digital
Rebuilding the studio website as evidence of the work.
Afiovana Digital’s own website was rebuilt as a controlled, product-led acquisition system: clearer commercial offers, stronger buyer answers, responsive delivery and a recoverable WordPress operating model.
01ChallengeInherited theme-demo content, diffuse services and inconsistent enquiry routes.
02ApproachOne reversible managed layer for content, design, structured data and measurement.
03Current stateA product-led homepage, eight service routes and a qualified project enquiry.
The starting point
Distinctive foundations, diluted by an inherited archive.
The original Holmes build contained useful visual character, but also retained 2018 demonstration material, generic portfolio entries, diffuse calls to action and mobile components that did not consistently fit narrow screens. The commercial offer was difficult to understand quickly.
What changed
Commercial clarity
The Website System now leads from £8,500, with defined scope, delivery expectations and supporting care plans.
Evidence-led content
Eight service pages, buyer-question articles, visible answer blocks and selected work create useful depth without overloading the front page.
Search & AI visibility
Focused internal links, pruned index routes, accurate metadata and structured data mirror the information visitors can read.
Controlled delivery
Locked restore points, protected forms, consent-aware analytics, responsive testing and a reversible plugin layer reduce avoidable operating risk.
Current evidence
What can be stated now—and what cannot.
The site now presents a clearer commercial route, passes the tested 320px and 412px mobile widths without horizontal overflow, uses Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms and reports Good Site Health. No traffic, ranking or conversion uplift is claimed yet; those outcomes require a measured post-launch baseline.
